It makes my heart so humbly yearn,

to see you smile and nod.

Where have you gone in this wasted land?

Will I ever see you again?

You smiled so sweetly as you walked away.

Oblivious to my pain.

So don’t forget I’m waiting here

Watching for a sign.

That you will come and sweep me up…

And say that you are mine.

I feel my heart soar with happiness.

As I dream sweet dreams of you.

I’ll live and love you all my life.
