"Damn this rain." Ichigo said, walking in the storm. She didn't bring an umbrella, because there wasn't really rain in the forecast. She could feel herself becoming weaker as the rain pelted her.

"Alert! Alert!" Her puffball of a friend appeared. Suddenly before her was a giant alien. It was a lion-like thing and ran at her. "Mewtamorph-" She was attacked before she could Mew. The thing came at her again, throwing her into the sidewall. It retreated for a while, and she could feel the blood on her lips. 'Damn..what's going on?' she thought. 'I'm all slow...' She got up, and started to run. But she wasn't fast enough, the thing came at her and pounded her into a tree. She was stuck, hanging there from a nail-shaped item.
As the thing ran towards her to finish her off, she closed her eyes.

Nothing.

She opened them again, and saw Ryou there. The monster was gone, and he was bruised a bit. "What the fuck made you think you could come out here alone idiot?" She couldn't speak. He reached up and tried to get her down. "Shit."
"What?"
"I can't-get you-down."
"No way..."
"Take it off."
"What?!?!?"
"LET ME TAKE THE DAMN SHIRT OFF IF YOU WANT TO LIVE!" She blushed, and nodded. He took it off, and lifted her down. She was standing there shivering in her bra and pants. He laughed, and picked her up. She felt his warm body press against her cold, and laid her head against his chest. He walked her to a cave; the monster had run her too far away. He laid her down in his shirt and jacket and built a fire.

When she awoke, he was laying right next to her, breathing in her face. "R-ryou what the hell are you doing?!?!" He got up, banging his head against the ceiling. "Protecting you ya little witch." He smiled. "What?"
"Nothing..."
She stared deep into his eyes, as he leaned down and kissed her. She tried to resist, but couldn't. She finally gave in, and kissed him back.
