So we meet again.

Hello my readers, and welcome back! If you haven't read "Would You Love Me?" then I would suggest hitting the back button and going to find it. Because this story won't make too much sense if you haven't read the first. Thanks to all my lovely reviewers, and I hope you can give a LOT of input here. Since I'm completely broken away from the canon of Ai No Kusabi now, any requests or ideas might be helpful. Not saying I'll write them in.... but ideas are always good.
So! Go on, enjoy, and please tell me how you like it!

Guy burst through the door of his home. “Hey!” He shouted to Daryl, who was busy cleaning something in the living room. “Where’s Rion?”
Daryl smiled at the boy and set down his rag. “He told me expressly not to let you know where he was.” Guy pouted and the former furniture grinned wider. “He said I’m not supposed to tell you because he’s busy studying in the office. Oops! Forgive me, I didn’t mean to say that.” He winked.
“Thanks, Daryl!” Guy said with a laugh before heading off to the office. When he got to the door, he carefully opened it and thanked the gods that his twin was facing away from him. He slipped inside and shut the door, locking it before creeping stealthily across the floor. The boy paused for a second, almost like a cat would before devouring their prey, and then carefully put his hands on Rion’s shoulders.
Of course the boy was startled, and he yelped, dropping his pen. “Guy! I didn’t know you were here! How did you find me, I’m trying to study you know!”
“Like I care. You study too much, you know that?” He leaned in and brushed their cheeks together. “There are much more interesting things we could be doing right now, and you’ve got your nose in a book.”
At that, Rion spun his chair around and pushed on Guy’s chest hard. He followed the boy, pushing him again so that he fell back on the ground, and then straddled him so he couldn’t get up. “Guy, please. Not today. Tomorrow’s the big interview and I don’t want to screw it up.”
Rion was one of the hopefuls for getting in line to be ruler of the world. His teachers and the dean of his academy had all pushed him to meet with Raoul Am, the leader of their world, so that he could become a representative. After five years in that position, he was fit to become the next ruler. The meeting with Sir Am was the next day, and to say the least, the boy was nervous.
“Mmm, but you’ve got some tension in you. I think I know the perfect way to release it.” Guy was relentless. He didn’t have too much going for him- legally, anyways. There were some guys he knew in his school who were from the slums, and he was getting very interested in the vast black market that took place under everyone’s nose. Though the boy was smart and his teachers pushed at him to become a representative, he didn’t want to deal with all the political mumbo jumbo.
Both boys were now eighteen. Rion had let his hair grow long, and it looked almost like Iason’s. However he styled it differently because he didn’t like how people told him how much he looked like the former head of syndicate. Guy had shoulder length hair that he liked to braid… or when he was in a playful mood he would put it into pigtails. Rion inherited his mother’s tanned skin, and Guy his father’s pale skin, so they had an odd contrast between them. One wouldn’t think that they were twins at all, except for their eyes. They had the same shape of eyes (though Rion’s were blue and Guy’s were brown) and the same glare. Both boys realized that they could reduce the strongest of men to stuttering when they glared.
Rion leaned down and put his hand on the ground next to Guy’s head. “You’re insatiable. Last night wasn’t enough for you?”
“Oh, baby, it never is.” Guy said lowly, trying to be seductive. Rion only rolled his eyes and sat up. “Come on. You can study all day tomorrow. Hell, you wouldn’t even have to study! I’m sure if you just tell them who our father is, you’ll be a shoo in! From how Daryl and the news go on and on about him… and that one teacher.” Guy’s math teacher was very fond of Iason, and was excited that his controversial son was in his class. He made it painfully obvious that he was playing favorites with Guy, so the boy finally ended up yelling at him, telling him that his father would have hated him- and then giving him the glare. Now he wasn’t bothered as much.
Rion stood and held out a hand to help Guy up as well. “Be that as it may, I don’t want to resort to fame and lineage. I want to become a representative because I deserve it, not because I had a father who was important way back in the day.”
Guy stood and put his hands on Rion’s hips. “I know you can do this though. You need to stop being worried. Have some fun. They won’t like you if they see you’re a worry wart.” He leaned in and touched their noses together.
“You’re insatiable.” Rion complained. But he stopped complaining when he leaned in to brush their lips together.

About half an hour later, both boys emerged from the room, looking disheveled from their little wrestling match. That’s all they ended up doing. After kissing for a while, Guy thought it would be a good idea to tickle his twin… causing Rion to retaliate with wrestling. They were laughing about the whole thing as they piled into the kitchen, about the same time as Kaeri’s son, Jemi, did. “We’re hungry.” Both twins said, causing Jemi to agree by nodding. He wasn’t too bright, but he was the boys’ best friend.
“You know, one day we’re going to run out of food. Then what will you do?” Daryl said. He had come out of the living room to set snacks out on the table for the boys. Some fruit, granola bars and a strange green gelatin that nobody ever touched. But it never failed that the furniture made it, claming it was Iason’s favorite snack.
Within mere minutes, all of the fruit and a few granola bars were consumed by the ravenous teenagers. It never ceased to amaze Daryl how much they could eat without gaining a pound. He could remember when he had pets that whined and moaned about gaining five or ten pounds when introduced to his cooking. Teenaged growing boys. What an enigma.
The twins went with Jemi to his room, all of them crowding onto the big bed. The door was shut and locked as they had things to discuss. Guy was leaned against the wall, Rion’s head in his lap as the Blondie lay down. Jemi was cross legged in front of them, all smiles. “Alright, Guy, give us the news.”
“Well… my sources are telling me that there’s a shipment of pets going by the public secondary school tomorrow night. I say we get the truck to stop, and we can commandeer it anywhere we want.” He grinned wickedly. “We could sell them for…. Oh, say a thousand credits a piece. Maybe even keep some for ourselves.”
Rion rolled his eyes. His brother always had schemes like this. He wasn’t working in the black market (yet, as he hated to tell himself) but he acted like he was. “And just how are you going to stop a transport car? Since the death of….. well, since the rebellion, everyone’s been carrying weapons to protect the planet’s way of life. I don’t think a bunch of kids are going to be able to pull something like that off.”
Guy shrugged. “I thought it would have been interesting to try anyways. I mean… wouldn’t you like a pet? Some nice, slender thing to perform at will?”
“Why have that, when I have you? You’re my little dancing monkey, you’ll perform when I say.” Rion teased. “Besides, it wouldn’t feel right. Our mother was a pet, you know.”
“Yeah yeah yeah. Well, he was also a mongrel. A fighter ‘til the end. I’m still convinced that father kidnapped him.”
“You know Daryl said that wasn’t true!” The two glared at each other for a while until Jemi broke the silence.
“Uhh, guys? How about we switch topics. You guys fight about this every time we try to talk…”
It was true. Both twins reluctantly looked away from each other, avoiding conversation. So it was up to Jemi again to break the silence.
“My eighteenth birthday is coming up soon. So… what are we doing?”
Rion smiled. “Well, how about we make a trip to Ceres? Browse for a while, hit some bars, maybe some pet clubs!”
Guy nodded emphatically. ‘Yeah! Then we’ll go with you to the career center so they can get you your job. What do you think it’s gonna be?”
“Oh… uhh.. I don’t know. I guess anything in teaching would be cool… or taking care of kids.” The twins laughed at that- not cruelly though- and they slipped into a comfortable conversation about future aspirations. All the while, Guy was nervous about the transport heist and Rion was preoccupied with the interview. It would be an interesting next couple of days.
