Chapter 1
Yami Marik Prince of the land, Meets Marik Prince of the Sea
(Yes, this is story where Marik as a Merman, but his a Prince!!)

I stood there watching as the sun began to set. //Thank Ra, i hate the fucking sunlight, the night is so much better....now if only i wasn't here// he thought turning back to the party that was intended for him.
Walking back over to where my father stood, I watched several females head in my direction. //Damn it// I thought as one stopped and eyed me. If only I could kill her. But he knew his father wouldn't approve and would send him to be executed almost immediately. If it wasn't for his mother, he would have been dead years ago.
"Go and dance with them" my father whispered when he saw the females standing there waiting. "Do i have too?" i asked in a bored tone. He gave me a glare. Like i care, i could've killed him right there on the spot and no one could do a thing about it. Once he dies, I'll be the new king and i will love every minute of it.
But just to make him think he had control, i walked over to a not to pretty female. Sure she was thin and had a great rack....but she was hideously ugly to me. Looking at the other two, they turned out to be even worse than the first.
But finally i took one of their hands and danced, which i wished i could have thrown her into something sharp. Or crush her spine when she tried to get close. Looking through her mind i saw that her mother had tried to kill her by spilling a acid substance on her face...which caused her only to scar and appear not so interesting.
//Thank Ra.// i thought as we finally finished dancing. Letting go of her i walked back over to my throne, where i found a very drunken father. My mother sat beside him on the floor, her eyes were on the floor. Not once had his mother ever been allowed to even look up when she sat there. She was the one who taught him his sorcerer powers.
Originally she had a throne, next to Yami Marik's. But once her father died and Yami Marik's became king, he threw it out. Saying that as his queen she should sit beside him closer. Yami Marik wanted to punch him until he couldn't see straight.
Noticing Yami Marik standing there, his father looked at him. "What do you want?" he said barely seeing straight. His mother looked up at him. "Why not retire for the night, you can be around the guests tomorrow" she said with a soft smile.
Yami Marik started for his room. When he heard a loud slap. Spinning around he watched as his mother fell back, holding her cheek. That was it, he felt himself snap. Grabbing a spear, he threw it at his father. It caught in his arm. He let out a scream of pain and fell to the floor. Yami Marik was there in a heart beat, standing over him, very pissed.
His father glared up at him. Yami Marik reached down and hauled the man up higher off the ground. His hand slowly choked the man. "If you EVER touch my mother like that or I WILL KILL" Yami Marik said closing his hand on the mans windpipe. His father began to choke and sputter. Finally he let the man drop.
Turning he walked out of the ball room and headed to his room. As he got there he thought of taking a walk down at the beach. maybe he could find some type of animal to kill there.
Crawling out his window and jumped the 75 foot drop down to the beach. Landing like a graceful cat, he stood and began to walk down the beach. Thinking as he walked, he wished he would have killed the pathetic man then and there.
After a few minutes he heard a noise coming from behind a large group of rocks. Climbing them, he looked over and saw the back to a boy sitting in a tide pool. "Hey" he yelled out. No one was supposed to be on their land without permission.
The boy turned and saw him. Yami Marik gasped. The boy was a splitting image of him....except his hair was down instead up. Yami Marik saw the boy didn't get up to run, but slide across the sand. Jumping down from the rocks he chased after the boy.
Since it was kinda of dark, he tried to grab the boys leg. But instead grabbed something slimy. //Oh sick what the fuck was that?// Yami Marik thought wiping his hand on his clothes. Looking up he saw the boy was in the water and swimming away. //So you swam here ah, i'll just follow you// he thought and jumped into the water.
Swimming as fast as possible he tried to keep up with the boy. //Damn his a fast swimmer, no one has ever out swim me before// he thought. Suddenly he had a strange feeling, something was following him. Turning he saw a fin. SHARK.
Pulling out a knife he slammed it into the sharks head, but not before it bite into his thigh. Yami Marik screamed as its teeth sank into his thigh. Slamming the knife into its head, he tried to keep stabbing its head. Soon it swam off. //Damn it i have ti turn back// he thought. The further he went to the more sharks the wound would attract.
Heading back was difficult. His leg throbbed in pain. Swimming was getting harder, staying above the water was getting harder as well. Finally too tired to swim, he began to sink. Looking through the water he saw something swimming toward him. //Just kill me// he thought before he lost consciousness.

A human surprised me. Turning around i saw he looked so similar to me it wasn't even funny. But then i remembered i needed to get to the water. I hated having to get away from things, moving on land was very difficult for me. I had to use my tail as a foot, which wasn't that useful. I suddenly felt the humans hand grab at my tail, but luckily after spreading jellyfish slime on it, he let go.
Getting into the water i swam for deeper water. Turning i saw he was following me. But then i saw the shark headed for the human. No. I couldn't let that happen to him, he didn't deserve to be attacked. Swimming as fast as possible back to the human i saw the shark swim off, it was bleeding.
The human had stabbed it. Seeing his leg, i knew he couldn't swim far. Swimming closer i watched as he began to sink. Grabbing him, i swam back to shore.I swam on my back, while i had him on his back as well. Making sure to keep his head above the water i looked down at him. He looked my age or older....probably older. But it was strange how much we resembled one another.
Finally reaching the shore, i dragged him back to the rocks so the tide wouldn't take him back to the sea. Poor human. His leg was bleeding badly and i had no way of healing him unless he was conscious. Seeing his shirt i ripped a few strips and began to wrap his leg.
Suddenly i heard him sputter. Carefully i scooted back and down further into the water. Only enough in case I needed to get away. He rolled over onto his stomach and coughed like crazy. Finally sitting up, he looked around.
Turning he saw me. I quickly turned and tried to get into the shallow water. But suddenly the water turned very cold and it became solid. i swam in another direction but i suddenly was jerked back. Glancing over my shoulder i saw my tail was stuck in the solid water.
Frantically pulling at my tail I couldn't get it out. Seeing the human getting closer i panicked. He got at least 6 feet from me. Looking over at him i saw his form. The clothes were clinging to him. His chest was bare from where i had torn the shirt. He had a six pack of abs, and it showed he worked out for the most he was muscular.
Seeing the clothes cling to him, i could see his legs. They showed of being muscular as well but not ripped too. I could also see his ass, which was tight and almost sexy looking. Looking up, i saw his face.
His eyes were the same shade as my own lilac, only they seemed darker, more dangerous. He wore jewelry similar to mine. His mouth had a frown on it. But his lips were gorgeous and lushes.I turned away and kept trying to get my tail free. Hitting the solid water, i found how badly it hurt and it was so cold. The human laughed at my action.
"It frozen, you won't get out of it like that" he said laughing. Walking closer to me, i saw he was now looking over me. It made me nervous. When humans did that, it was like they were trying to figure out what to do to me or what to think. It frightened me.

Walking closer to the boy i saw his features. Soft lilac eyes, soft eye lashes, soft lush lips, and almost girlish features. His chest was muscular but not ripped. Bending down next to him, i looked at him in the eyes. He moved away from me.

The human came closer to me. It was beginning to frighten me. Moving away as he got closer, i saw his eyes watching me. They seem to be like dark tunnels that were sucking me in, as i looked at him. Suddenly he reached out and grabbed my chin. Forcing me to look at him. Now i was scared.
"What were you doing on my property?" he asked in a calm voice. I just looked at him . His land? This whole place belong to him? Finally i answered him.
"I didn't know it belonged to someone" i said carefully. His expression remained blank. "Well know you now...what is your name?" he asked with a curious look.
"Marik" i said proudly. I watched his eyes widen. "Hmm, my name is Yami Marik" he said. The "dark chosen one"? his name was similar to mine, except mine meant "chosen one". Weird. I saw he was looking down my chest. Were male humans interested in other male humans?
Finally he let go of my chin. "If you plan to swim away and not return, I'll let you out of the ice.....if your going to stay, i might let you out" he said staring at me with a harden expression.
"I would like to stay here, it's closer to home" i say hoping his going to let me go. He raised his hand and said some weird words and i watched as the solid water became normal again. How did he do that?
He turned and began to walk onto the shore. I watched his hand went near where his crotch was. What was he doing? Sitting down i watched he was still watching me. What should i do? Go near him? Or swim away?
//I'm not sure. But for some reason i want to be around this human// Marik thought.
