A Puppy Gets Caged


A limo pulled up to Domino High, the driver got out and walked around, opening the door to the end of the vehicle. A well dressed Seto Kaiba stepped out, carrying his briefcase along side him. "Alfred, make sure Mokuba gets to school on time" Seto said not even thanking the driver or looking at him.

"Yes, Mr.Kaiba" the older man said and walked back to the driver side. Seto stopped and watched the limo pull away. A young raven haired boy poked his head out the window. "Bye, Big Brother" he yelled with a smile.

"I'm sorry Joesph, I can't, its happened three times this week, its the rules" she said and walked back to him with a note. "This afternoon, you will be in detention" she said and walked back to her desk. Joey slumped down in his chair, staring at the note.

After another 15 minutes class was over. Joey gathered his stuff and walked out of the room. Seto walked to his next class, thinking of his puppy.

Seto looked surprised. He had no idea Joey lived that kind of life. "I.....I'm sorry Joey" Seto said in a very low whisper. "It's not like it's fault moneybags" Joey said standing up and took his tray over to the counter and gave it to the lunch lady.

Joey walked out the cafeteria. Seto felt his heart suddenly heavin. His puppy was down, he wanted nothing more than to make him smile again. Joey was going to be in detention up til 3. So that gave Seto an idea. Heading out of the cafeteria, he walked up to the office. Walking in, he saw the secretary.

"I'd like to run this afternoon's detention, i know the students dont do any work, so i'd like to show them some things to do on the computers" Seto said to her. "I'll go get the principal" she said and got up.

A few seconds later, the principal walked out of his office. "Mrs. Nancy tells me you want to teach the detention class this afternoon" he says watching Seto. "Yes, sir, the students don't do work in their like their suppose to, so i figured why not i teach them, they'll learn not to have detention after i get through with them" Seto said.

The principal looked at Seto for a moment. "Very well, but the only student who has it today is Joey Wheeler" he said looking at a piece of paper. "Good, his a trouble maker, i'll make sure he doesn't have a lazy afternoon" Seto says and walks out.
