Boogieman in blue

It was a early day in summer. Yugi had been able to get his grandfathers soul back from Pegasus and the kiba brothers had gone on to better things also. Joey was able to get his sisters operation. Joey was egar to here the fact that seto was going to hold a tournament in battle city. Joey had ran all the way to yugi’s grandpas game shop to tell him the good news. Joey ran into the shop.
‘’Hey yug!’’
‘’Hey Joey what’s up with you now?’’ Yugi asked.
‘’Guess what, kiba’s holding a tournament and guess who’s going?’’
‘’I wonder if mai is going to enter also’’ Yugi wondered.
‘’Either way I plan on winning with tournament!’’ Joey said defiantly.

Yugi just smirked and said goodbye to his grandpa and walked out following close behind Joey. Yugi waved at Tristan and tea.
‘’What do you guys look so excited about?’’ Tristan asked.
‘’Joey wants to go to kiba’ new tournament.‘’
‘’What kiba already wants to prove he’s better since Pegasus was defeated?’’
‘’Yeah! Well ill beat him!’’ Joey said grinning.
the group walked rather blankly into a crowd of duelist who were staring up at a large screen.
‘’Look its kiba!’’ Yugi pointed up.

‘’my fellow duelists welcome to my battle city tournament. In his tournament you will receive my newly invented duel disk, you ill need to gain 6 locater cards, but choose your battles carefully because you will loose more then your locater cards you will loose your strongest card in your deck. Choose your battles carefully.’’

The screen grew black. duelists stood in masses as the duel disks were handed out along with the locater cards. Joey looked at his piece of equipment rather puzzled Yugi had already slipped it onto his arm and activated it. Joey copied it and started to brag about his victory in the tournament.
Mairk stood in a group of people. If he could beat kiba it would give him the chance to get ahold of Yugi and his millennium puzzle.


‘’Dream on….dream on…dream until your dream come true!’’ A girl sung by a park bench.
She had pale skin and a set of pale blue eyes Rimmed in black. Her hair was an uneven cut of blue with black tips that went to her chin. She had multiple piercing including a single silver ring in the left bottom part of her lips, a stud in her nose and an small pointed piece in her eyebrow. She wore a dark blue silk dress shirt, under the sleeves a few rows of black leather wristbands held tightly to her wrists. She had on a set of tight pvc pants on and biker boots. On her left arm one of seto kibas duel disks had been placed. She had an silver ipod in her hand and had started to dance to a different song.
A girl sat behind her on the bench in a red dress with a black clencher and knee high boots. Her hair was long shoulder length it was a mixture of black and red. She had a set of black rimmed glasses placed on her face. She wore a duel disk also. People passed not really avoiding them..well sorta. The blue one was extremely intimidating and she wouldn’t let anyone near the other girl who sat behind her. The blue one spun around.
‘’Sae come on! Lets go kick some ass!’’
Sae looked up at her friend myth was a rather sad individual, she was always sad but always kept it hidden and she had a rather big temper at times, not a people person. Which meant she didn’t have good people skills. And then there was the trust issue.


Joey looked around.
‘’Alright who wants to duel me Joey wheeler!’’
No one had even looked over.
‘’Looks like you have to pick yourself.’’ Tristan muttered. Joey glared at Tristan for a moment then turned back to the duelists.
‘’Her!’ Joey pointed. Sae turned a blank deer in the headlights look in her eyes. Joey and the gang ran over. Sae looked at myth.
‘’Should I?’’ Sae questioned timidly. Sae had a slight German accent. Myth had been glaring at Joey.
‘’Why do you need permission from her fight your own fights! Your dueling me not boogie man over there!’’ Joey said with a smirk. The next thing Joey knew he was on the ground. He looked up. Myth stood there.
‘’Got a problem with me Blondie?’’ Myth said she had a Cajun accent.
‘’There’s no reason to hit my buddy like that!’’ Tristan was ready to fight back.
‘’Whatever..’’ Myth started to walk away. Sae followed behind.
‘’Geez what’s her problem?’’ Joey said getting off the ground and brushing off.
‘’Probably nothing to worry about.’’ Yugi said
‘’Yea he’s right Joey.’’ Tristan added in.
‘’What? Already getting your butt kicked Joey?’’
The group turned around and saw mai.
‘’No! Some angry chick.’’
‘’Angry hm? Did she happen to have blue hair?’’
‘’Uh yeah how did you know?’’ Joey questioned.
‘’She had almost beaten kiba but she had to forfeit for unknown reasons.. I guess she’s one of the hot duelists around here just no one knows its her.’’
‘’Yeah! Well ill beat her!’’ Joey said defiantly.
