My Beloved Enemy
without you how is there a me?

My Beloved Enemy
how can I continue to exist without you there,
beside me, fighting me, breaking me?

My Beloved Enemy,
I am the monster, but are you the man?

My Beloved Enemy,
We're both monsters, but can we
really be damned?

My Beloved Enemy,
How can I believe in your hypocrisy,
If you’re not there for me to bait?

My Beloved Enemy,
Why do I feel the need to prove myself to you,
Why must I defeat you if we’re the same?

My Beloved Enemy,
how can I be darkness,
if you refuse to follow the light?

My Beloved Enemy,
how can I defeat the darkness
without a little of my own to help me?

My Beloved Enemy,
why did you have to die before me?

My Beloved Enemy,
don't cry now, devils don't cry, do they?

My Beloved Enemy,
our dance will never be through
for it is a dance of eternity
We'll see each other again very soon.
