Shadow a young wolf demon ran through the forest as fast as he could. He had to get away from his pursuer.
A girl with silver hair appeared in front of him. She swung the large sward and shadow saw black.

there was an odd rocking motion and shadow opened his eyes. He was in his wolf form and his 6 tails where wrapped around him. It took him a min for his eyes to adjust to the darkness. he tried to stand but hit his head on the top of what he was in he backed up a bit and hit something then stumbled forwarded into another he was trapped in a box.

2 men were talking and shadow was confused as to why he was in a box? How long had he been passed out? A few seconds went by and he got his ancer. One man started talking "ya I found it in a puddle of blood. It was half dead so I got a priest to seal its powers up and I healed it. Thought I might get a good price for it"
the man that talked was older and sounded a bit stand-off-ish to shadow but he ignored it the other man was younger and he spoke up "I see how long has it been sense you fed it? and what type of yoki is it ?" the older man talked once more "its been unconscious since I found t 3 weeks ago and I believe it to be an inuyoki" shadows ears perked up ( inu ??? I’m no dog how dear these humans) the young man spoke again" well its up now so feed the poor thing" the older man agreed and walked towed the box and looked in it " well well well my prity pet you’ll have a new master soon enough " he laughed and shadow growled he jumped at the person trying desperately to claw his face off (ill kill him I swear it).

Shadow felt the box being moved the front was removed and he fell forwarded into steel cadge. When he got back to his feet the cadge door was slammed shut. One of the helping men held a muzzle. It seemed they would have put it on if he was still asleep.

But now it was too risky to do any such thing. Shadow growled at the men the man that slammed the cadge door smiled " this one must be one of grate power its power was sealed and yet it has 6 tails? Its eyes are very interesting as well “all the men agreed shadows eyes where interesting even in demon standards his right eye was blood red and his left was a bright golden yellow.

But shadow was growing madder now that he could see the men that had caught him. his yellow eye went orange this surprised the old healer he bent down " well looks like this eye shows his mood that’s really interesting" shadow growled more and bared his large 4 in fangs , his fur bristled one of the workers looked at shadow " he is a beautiful specimen " the others agreed once again.

Shadow was considered to be one of the most beautiful out of all yoki clans. he had silky black fur that had red tips and highlights in it his muzzle was long a slender he also had a slender body that looked like it was built for speed but his legs were also muscled and you could easily tell you’d lose a fight with him when looking at him you couldn’t help but be mesmerized by his form.

But unlike most he didn’t care about how he looked. He growled louder when the man spoke again “to bad we didn’t get that muzzle on we can’t have him snapping at his new master" shadow looked at him a narrowed his eyes (like id actually to any human. I’ll just kill them first chance I get).
Shadow heard the young man again “now for the prize of the action a beautiful black 6 tailed inuyoki” the cadge was picked up and moved to where all the humans could see the demon. The crowd started talking and gasping about the beautiful animal shadow bared his fangs again (I will kill them all)
-300 years later-
sesshomaru a pure bred inuyoki was walking through the human town. Taken was right behind him “ummm may ask why we are here my lord?" jaken asked nervously. Sesshomaru just sighed “to perches a boat jaken" they walked past many people who just gasped and pointed at the inu. A young boy ran up to sesshomaru “hello sir is you here for the action? if so you should hurry the last item is a black inuyoki and its being bided on now its over by the docks" the boy ran to the next man he saw and said the same thing .
sesshomaru looked at the boy then to jaken and turned towed the docks " come jaken" the imp was shock but didn’t need to be told twice when sesshomaru gave an order it was to be fallowed asap.
They got there jest as the auctioneer shouted "sold”. A young teenage yoki looked happy as his father went up and paid for the animal and carried down the cadge.

sesshomaru looked at the black animal and sighed he walked towed the man jaken was shocked and ran up to him and retched sesshomarus side just as they reached the yokis caredge the father looked at sesshomaru " can I help you?" he asked politely when sesshomaru replied " you can hand over the wolf " the older nekoyoki looked at him " I’m sorry but its my sons new pet" the young cat stood in front of the cadge " ya" sesshomaru narrowed his eyes his claws glowed green with poison. The older cat backed away “you ....... you are the future lord of the western lands " sesshomaru nodded " now hand it over" the older cat nodded and picked up his kitten and got into the caredge and rode off .

sesshomaru unlocked the cadge and shadow climbed out he looked at the inu in confusion ( how strange . who is this man ?) shadow thought it odd but ignored it then jaken chimed in " sire you should get back soon you know how your father can be " sesshomaru nodded " yes . We should be getting back now" they turned and walked away.

shadow watched for a min then started following sesshomaru thy walked for about 3 miles then jaken turned his head and saw shadow " my lord that wolf is still following us " sesshomaru nodded " its fine jaken just let him" shadow heard it and ran up next to sesshomarus side and walked at his side > jaken was surprised he had always walked a few feet behind his lord as to avoid being hit.

They had walked a few hours and finally retched a palace in the middle of the forest. Shadow looked at it in amazement (hmm? nice place). They had reached the gate then jaken tried once again to show shadow away only to be hit by sesshomaru and laughed at by shadow. Sesshomaru then coxed shadow onto the grounds.

shadow looked around then ran back up to sesshomarus side he had opened up the door and nodded for shadow to go in shadow looked at the door and his ears lay flat then he entered the house this was the first time shadow was not being hurt by someone (it won’t last long though)he thought ( it never does) he followed right behind sesshomaru then he stopped and opened some doors and walked into the large dining area where shadow saw and older male inuyoki his two mates and a younger inu who shadow saw that the inu lords human mate was the mother of .

The inu lord got up from his seat " sesshomaru your back how wonderful " the young half breed didn’t look as happy as his father then he noticed shadow “who is that son?" shadow took a step back as toga came closer to him when the young lord shrugged " he followed me home . He was being auctioned off and almost enslaved by cats as a pet. I freed him but he won’t go away" toga looked at shadow and coxed the wolf forwarded. He held out his hand shadow knew that was a jester that meant he was going to be hit all his family tricked him with it.

but he decided he would give the inu lord a chance and he took a few steps forward his head lowered and his ears lay flat as he took another step tword toga he closed his eyes expecting to be hit .he jumped and his eyes widened when he found he was being pet instead " seems a bit skidish" toga stated. Sesshomaru nodded “ya he is" the young lord bent down and pet shadow as well scratching behind his ears which caused shadow to shiver.

Toga looked at his eldest son “if he followed then you can keep him as yours as long as he wants to stay “sesshomaru nodded and scratched the same spot behind shadow ears. shadows ears where majorly sensitive to everything that his whole body shivered and he could feel his face grow hot (thank hell no one can see me blush in this form) he was happy that he couldn’t see it but sesshomaru had felt how shadow reacted to it and it made him laugh a bit then he leaned close to shadow and whispered in his ear " your safe here don’t be scared " this made shadows eyes widen more.

sesshomaru got up and went to his seat and sat down at the table shadow went over and laid at his feet a young girl walked in and saved sesshomaru he looked at the nekoyoki " yuki could you bring something for him to eat " the girl nodded a left the room to quickly return with a bowl of raw meat and a bowl of water. She placed them down in front of shadow and left the room.

Shadow looked at the food then to sesshomaru. He laughed a bit “go ahead ... eat “shadow got up and sniffed at the food he then started to eat it he hadn’t realized how hungry he was until now. He couldn’t remember when he had last eaten. When he finished both bowls he went back and laid down at sesshomarus side .when the young inu finished he got up and headed for the door with shadow right behind him. He bid his father and mother good night as well as his father’s second mate and his half breed brother. Jaken followed sesshomaru as well keeping his normal 3 feet behind his lord and shadow right next to him.

Jaken looked at sesshomaru “ummmm... sire you..... Um.... what do you want I should do with him “sesshomaru just smiled” he will be staying with me in my room “shadow was shocked to hear that . this was the first time he was being treated so nicely by anyone he had been a pet for over 300 years and he was also used by some as a breeding bitch but shadow all ways killed the sire before it even had a chance to mount him for which he was beat of curse but never to the point of death .

The breeding had never been successful . He had killed many demons of many tribes and clans lizards , jackals, cats , birds even a sea yoki . He refused to be mounted by any one he didn’t approve of .but sesshomaru was different from the masters before . Even his own family never treated him with kindness which was what caused their own deaths . Shadow was now all alone he had no family left alive but this was not to say that they weren’t looking for him . They were dead but still haunted him for what had happened . But being around sesshomaru he felt safer he knew that his sisters would come to kill him and soon .

But first he needed to break the seal that held him in his wolf form . He also knew that his older sister moonfang had planned this because she was the only one that could place a seal on him strong enough to hold hiss true form and powers at bay. Shadow followed sesshomaru to his room when he opened the door shadow just stood there . Sesshomaru finally managed to coax shadow into the room and he closed the door in jakens face . This made shadow laugh to himself sesshomaru sat on his bed shadow walked over and lay at his feet .

Sesshomaru picked up shadow and lay him down on his bed right beside himself . shadow was shocked again and lay his head down ten sesshomaru picked up shadows head and lay it on his lap ( what’s going on here ) shadow was so shocked his head jolted up off of sesshomarus lap he pet shadow " what’s wrong boy ? You ok ?" this was all so much for shadow to take in the didn’t know what to do . He was accustoming to being used , beaten and even and even the breeding he was accustomed to . He had been born with the ability to bare young even though he was male .

So as a result most of his former masters tried to breed him. Shadow just looked at sesshomaru and nodded it was better not to tell him about his life . Sesshomaru continued to pet shadow " so what’s your name " shadow looked into sesshomarus eyes his tail waged . He had long ago found out how to hide his tails and he found it useful . he looked at the floor and sighed maybe he would be able to use his telepathy if he try heard enough it would use a lot of his energy but it might just work he shook his head and looked at sesshomaru again < I am called shadow >

i will post more this is just where i felt like stopping for now cuz iv been running on 8 cups of coffee for 3 days now so i is rather tired but please review i would love to know what you think but bare in mind it is my first story and i do apoligize about the spelling im not the best ^_^
