Two's Company

Author's Note:For the record, I only take half-credit for this story. This is actually an RP between me and my friend, Jeff. I played Yuki, and he played Kyo. ^.^ We're working on the section I plan on using as chapter 2 now. May not matter at the moment, but I'm playing Shigure and Tohru as well.

Yuki sighed, picking at the dinner Tohru had left for them. Figured she and Shigure would pick the same night to make social calls, leaving him alone with the stupid cat. Kyo walked in with his meal and sat down.

"Stupid rat, why're you still here. Thought you made plans too."

"My social life is none of your business."he pointed out calmly.

Kyo glared.

"Well, sorry for being interested!"

"You? Interested in my affairs? Not likely."

"At least I was trying, you stupid rat!!"

Yuki sighed.

"What brought this on in the first place?"

"Well, Tohru wants us to be friends. I thought I'd give it a shot."

Yuki blinked.

"That's a surprise."

Kyo looked at him.

"Sorry to disappoint you."

"And apologizing? Are you sure you aren't ill?"

"Shut up, you stupid rat! I can't do anything without you criticizing me!"

"Force o habit."he shrugged. "You're the one who caused years of bad blood by taking roles so seriiously."

Kyo stopped and frowned. He looke down at his food.

"I know..."he looked at Yuki. "I'm sorry."

Yuki's eyes widened in shock before hs features softened.

"Don't worry about it. I just wish this hadn't taken a decade."

Kyo smiled.

"Me too."

Yuki smiled lightly as well before a mild cough rose up his throat and past his lips.

Kyo got up and walked over and kneeled next to him.

"You ok, Yuki?"he touched his face lightly.

"I'll be alright. The cold weather isn't good for my asthma, that's all."

Kyo looked at Yuki.

"Stupid rat."he leaned in and kissed his nose.

Yuki's eyes widened in shock, his face flushing scarlet. Kyo just smiled.

"You need to take better care of yourself."

"Y-yes. You're right."

Kyo leaned in and kissed him softly on the lips. Yuki froze in surprise, unsure how to respond. Kyo pulled him closer and nipped his lip.

"Surprised?"

"Very. Why are you...?"

"I'm making up for all the bad blood. Showing how I really feel. I just went with the story."he kissed him again. Yuki hesitated before his violet eyes fluttered closed, returning the kiss. Kyo kissed harder and pulled Yuki to the floor with him. Yuki gasped, his arms going around his cousin to steady himself. Kyo grinned and pulled him to his chest and rolled to be on top. Yuki moaned qietly, wrapping his arms shakily around the other male. Kyo stopped and looked at him with a smile.

"No need to be scared, ya stupid rat."Kyo kissed him again, trailing a hand down Yuki's side and cupping his crotch.

"I-I can't help it."the rat groaned, his back arching.

"And why not?"Kyo started rubbing Yuki's crotch and kissing his neck.
