When Speed awoke in the morning, it was to lips attached to his neck and nibbling away. There were hands roaming over his body, caressing, teasing, and arousing him. A lean yet muscular form lay on top of him, holding him close, and pressing an erection into his groin. Blond hair with black patches filled his vision as Darius worshipped his body, holding him in place for the event. Speed let out a moan, and his rival lifted his head. Hazel eyes met his, mischief and something else shimmering in them. A light smile touched Darius's lips.
"Good morning, Greg," he murmured. "How did you sleep?"
"Okay, I guess. A little sore but nothing out of the ordinary," Speed replied. He wrapped his arms around Darius's neck. "Wish I could have slept in, though."
"Sorry," Darius said, though he did not appear to be all that apologetic. "You looked so tasty, I couldn't resist."
"You say that every morning," Speed replied, giving him a kiss. Above him, Darius shifted, his smile a little brighter.
"And you know I only speak what I feel is the truth," Darius said. His fingers brushed along Speed's sides. "Congratulations, by the way, for winning the race. You were outstanding."
"You weren't so bad yourself," Speed said, spreading his legs to accommodate Darius. "Did you have to put that thing up my ass, though? I thought we agreed to leave it here."
To that, Darius laughed, and he rocked his hips against Speed. His lips touched on his cheek.
"Yeah, actually, I did. It gave you an incentive to kick my ass."
"You're wicked."
"And that's what you love about me, Greg."
Darius caught him in a kiss before he could respond, and Speed melted. There were no doubts in his mind about his feelings towards Darius. He loved him with everything he had and then some. With the exception of his parents and his younger brother, Darius had been the only one to stand by Speed's side during the darkest hour of the dark-haired man's life. He had been losing his battle with alcoholism, slowly giving in to the poison and the little lies he told himself on a daily basis.
The ironic thing about their meeting was it had been at the bar Speed had frequented on a daily basis. He had been drowning himself with scotch and whiskey when Darius had walked inside and dragged him out. Granted, Speed did not remember much about that time, only blond hair patched with black filling his vision and dunking him into a water trough filled with ice. He also remembered that, each time Darius let him up for air, they had kissed, albeit unwittingly on Speed's part. Their rivalry had started then, and it strengthened Speed. He had the courage to finally put the bottle down and start living again. Their rivalry had also given him hope, something he had lived without. Darius was Speed's balance, and he did not know what he would do if he ever lost his rival turned lover. Their sneaking into the conference rooms for some quick action was simply a game they liked to play, though it truly added to their competitive natures.
After a few moments, Darius abandoned Speed's mouth in favour of his neck, kissing here and nipping there. His hands continued to roam over Speed's body, igniting the sweet fires of ecstasy within his blood. Speed arched his back, pressing closer to Darius, and his eyes closed. For a while, they were content with simply exploring each other's bodies, occasionally eliciting a gasp or a moan. Then Darius shifted again, positioning his hardened cock at Speed's anus. He lifted his hind end up, allowing his lover access. Without any guidance, Darius sheathed himself fully into Speed's body. Their lips came into contact once more as their bodies rocked in a rhythm that felt as old and as natural as Time itself. Each thrust sent both men soaring higher towards climax, to a goal they could only reach in the silent language of lovers.
Speed had never really been open to the idea of having a man as a life partner, and he knew, because he had asked once, that Darius had felt the same way. For his life, he had always envisioned himself with his high school sweetheart, Trixie Vanderbucks, but that had not turned out as he had hoped. Speed could not even recall when Trixie had left him. With Darius, however, Speed had learned a few things about himself and about life's possibilities. He had learned never to rule anything out, and he also discovered how much he liked it when Darius possessed him and rode him like a cowboy on a horse. Between Darius and Trixie, Speed could honestly say Darius owned him in every sense of the word. They lived together, they shared a bed every night, and they took care of each other when they were ill. Life was perfect with Darius, and Speed knew he could give everything to the other man. It had been easy to do, after all, just as easy as early morning sex.
"Greg . . ." Darius moaned. Sweat beaded on his face and dampened his hair. His eyes were glazed over, and his body quivered from the strain. He was holding back, waiting for the right moment. Speed wrapped his legs around Darius without missing a single thrust and pulled the other man close. His body trembled, too, from holding back, and it was time. Darius just needed a slight incentive.
"It's all right. Please, baby . . . with me."
A smile touched Darius's lips, and he increased the pace of his thrusting. It hurt and felt good at the same time, and Speed continued to urge Darius on until the other man pulled back one final time then slammed forcefully against Speed. Hot fluids filled Speed's anus for the third time in twenty-four hours, and his body reacted accordingly, his own semen coating both his and Darius's bellies.
When it was over, they simply lay there for several minutes longer, Darius's cock still residing in Speed's anus. Speed did not care, though. He loved the feel of that thick flesh inside of him just as much as he loved Darius. Finally, Darius sighed and pulled away.
"I hate getting out of bed," he grumbled. Speed reached over and brushed his fingers along his lover's back.
"I know," he murmured. "But we do have things to do today."
"Yeah, yeah. Blood tests and whatnot."
"It's better to be safe than sorry," Speed pointed out, sitting up. He winced a little as his butt protested his actions. Darius glanced at him, smiling.
"I know. Always better to be safe than sorry. If you were anyone else, Greg, I'd have to smack you for saying that."
"But I'm not anyone else," he said with a grin. He leaned over Darius and planted a tiny kiss on his lips. "Now come on. The sheets and blankets are a mess, and we need showers."
"Why the hell do you have to be such a morning person?"
"It's because of my wake-up calls."
Darius laughed and followed him out of bed.
"So it's all my fault, huh?"
"Always," Speed replied, kissing him again. "But I wouldn't have it any other way."
Darius smiled and shook his head.
"All right, all right. Guess I can take the blame this time," he said. "Go on. I'll meet you in the shower, okay?"
"Okay." Speed paused then stole another kiss. "You know I love you, right?"
"I know. I love you, too, Greg."
