Tsuna has lived as a human for close to 16 years, but as his 16th birthday draws near, things have begun to change. Those who ignored him now desire him, and a strange man shows up claiming he is a demon, and that Tsuna is to.

Chapter 1 A strange morning

Tsuna groaned as he awoke for the day. The sun was shining, the birds were chirping, and he was late for school again. "Oh crap….oh crap oh crap I'm so dead…" The underwear clad lad ran around his room searching for his clothes. He fumbled around until finally he was dressed. He ran down stairs at top speed.

"Don't run down the stairs dear you could fall and hurt yourself." Nana, Tsuna's mother, spoke from the kitchen.

"One time mom!" Tsuna yelled as he reached the bottom step. He grabbed his school bag and opened the front door, and ended up slamming into a suited male.

"Tsuna?" Nana came out of the kitchen to see the suited man holding her son.

"Hello there did my son hurt you…Mr….?"

The man tilted his hat to Nana. "Reborn…Just Reborn…"

Tsuna snapped out of his daze and realized once again he was late for school. "Oh crap I have to go sorry for bumping into you…" Tsuna tried to move past the man but he caught his arm.

"Now now, is that anyway to treat someone you just rudely ran into…?" Tsuna looked up and saw a small chameleon crawl down the man's shoulder. It stuck his tongue out at Tsuna. "Hiiiii—–." Tsuna screamed.

"Leon won't hurt you…" Reborn whispered into his ear. Tsuna blushed at the warmth of the man's breath. "So cute…" He chuckled and led Tsuna back into the house.

Nana quickly went to make tea for their guest. Reborn sat Tsuna down and sat across from him. He smirked at Tsuna making the brunette blushed. "It's going to be your birthday soon, isn't it Tsuna…?"

"How did you know that…?" Tsuna said staring at the man intently.

"I do my research…" Reborn said with a smirk.

'This guy is seriously scary…' Tsuna thought as he sweated bullets under the man piercing stare.

"So what brings you here Reborn…?" Nana said coming into the room with a tea set. Reborn reached into his suite's inner pocket and pulled out a letter.

"I was asked to come here by Iemitsu he has informed me the Tsuna will be in need of a tutor and live in body guard."

"Oh my…" Nana took the letter and opened it quickly and began scanning the letter, she blushed and cheered in joy. "Well you are welcome to our home…" Nana said as she held the letter to her chest. She ran off to put the letter away and to set up a room for Reborn.

"Well that's just great, well I need to get to school…" Tsuna said picking his bag back up.

"Hold on Tsuna we have not finished talking…" Reborn said and Tsuna turned his head.

"Well since you will be living here, we will have plenty of time to talk. Give my regards to my dad…" Tsuna said before running out of the room. Reborn heard the door slam. Tsuna rush caused his scent to increase, Reborn inhaled the scent and purred his delight.

He got up and went over to the phone. He dialed a number and listened as the phone rang.

I: "Hello?"

R: "Iemitsu….it's Reborn…"

I: "What is your report…?"

R: "It is as you feared he bares your demon blood…"

I: "Damn it, I hoped he would take after his mother…."

R: "That is not the only problem Iemitsu…"

I: "What is it…?"

R: "He bares the scent of the Vongola Clan…"

I: "ARE YOU SURE!"

R: "Yes I caught his scent myself…What do you want me to do…?"

I: "Protect him Reborn…protect him please…"

R: "I will do my best…" He hung up the phone.
