Sanzo's a bitch. He needs to be spanked. I suppose I could take one for the team... Anyhoo, I agree that Kai thinks too much. And that he needs to let go once in a while. Goku has a kiddy crush how cute! Crazy little monkey! And Jyo's not being skeazy for once! WAHOO! Now if we could all manage to yank that tremendous redwood from Sanzo's ass.... we'd have a fairytale ;)

In Heaven or on Earth, it is a special joy to find your true mate. Once that is established, _anything_ can be worked out. Tenpou and Shi, Hakkai and Rei, even Goku and Anya or Gojyo and Xan, have had their eyes opened to possibilities that they never knew existed before. I don't know if Sanzo wants to take all the mated together on the Journey to the West, but he doesn't seem opposed to his companions _being_ mated. But this story mainly revolves around Tenpou/Hakkai and Shi/Rei. Whether god and goddess or youkai and human, true love found a way. This is a great story, Phoenix. I hope we can enjoy it a little longer. First class writing!

oh man... this is so not good but it was bound to happen. Especially by anyone who knows how things went even vaguely in Saiyuki.

Yes, Hakkai is taking this very well. At least he's asking the right questions, so denial is probably the only thing holding back the memories. Since there's no more room in the Jeep, I am worried about what happens when Sanzo wants to leave to continue the mission. I hope this UST gets resolved soon, it's killing me, and I'm not even in the story! Great chapter!
