No, seriously, it made me wish and hope there would some of this hotness in Primary Gain...
The great thing about this fic that the interaction didn't look forced in the slightest. Lelouch really isn't the person to do anything without a well thought-out reasoning, and that includes sex. The characterisation is perfect, the passion that always sparks between Lelouch and Suzaku finds a more open manifesation here.
Oh, and C.C. was a nice touch, it would be like her to laugh two fumbling boys with too much angst and assumed responsibility. It was funny when Suzaku almost saluted Lelouch before he realized what he was doing. The military did leave its mark on him, that's for sure, in more ways that he is aware...
It was funny and fascinating how Lelouch taucht (or tried to, I can't force myself to imagine Suzaku using Lelouch's theatrics, it just feels... wrong) Suzaku to be Zero. It's amazing that not only Lelouch is a very charismatic leader, but he knows very well what makes one. Down to how to swish your cloak around and look utterly cool while doing it.
Just as with Primary Gain, it is very cleverly written, and it delves very deep into the hidden layers of character's psyche, and that is what makes me absolutely love your work. Really hope you will continue to write more, every piece is like an unexpected and long desired Chrismas present.
